It’s time to take a moment for yourself to sit with the Exhale checklist and review where your wellbeing is currently sitting.

Take your time as you move through it. As I always recommend, this is simply an awareness exercise. Be gentle with yourself and with anything that comes up - we are all carrying levels of responsibility that no one human was ever meant to hold alone.

And if, after completing this checklist, everything feels heavy or overwhelming, please know you are not alone. There is additional support available. There is a way forward - and a way out of this.
