TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding to purchase and ticking the checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. PURPOSE

These Terms & Conditions govern the membership relationship between the HER Membership (operated by Gayle Wilson) and the Member. The HER Membership — Honor, Empower, Reconnect — is designed to support women in their leadership and personal growth through mentoring, community, and soul care practices. By purchasing this membership, the Member fully acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

2. PROGRAM SERVICES

The HER Membership agrees to provide mentoring services in accordance with the Honor, Empower, Reconnect program upon the Member's enrolment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. INCLUDED PROGRAM DELIVERABLES

The following is included in the HER Membership:

  • One (1) monthly live online group call with Gayle Wilson

  • Access to the HER Library, which currently includes:

  • The Soul Care Healing Method

  • Micro Edits — bite-sized, shorter, consumable resource pieces

  • Gayle’s Meditations

  • Additional topics and resources added by Gayle on an ongoing basis

  • Access to the HER Community inside the HER Hub

  • Communications regarding additional events and opportunities Gayle runs for HER Membership members

  • Downloadable workbooks that accompany program videos

4. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Event schedules and session reminders will be communicated to Members via the HER Hub, including dates, times, and access links. It is the Member’s responsibility to attend all program calls and events, whether in person or online.

5. PROGRAM TERMS & MINIMUM COMMITMENT

The HER Membership has a minimum commitment period of 12 months. This program is delivered with compounding knowledge — each component builds upon the last, and the full benefits of this program cannot be obtained outside of the complete 12-month journey. Therefore, a 12-month minimum commitment is required of all Members.

Membership fees are charged as 52 weekly payments, commencing on the date of enrolment. Services provided by the HER Membership are solely limited to those outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT PROTECTION

Gayle Wilson has invested considerable time, expertise, and care in developing all content within the HER Membership. The following terms exist to protect the integrity of that work and to honour the low price point at which this program has been made available to make it accessible to everyone.

Content Use:

  • With the exception of downloadable workbooks that accompany program videos, no videos, recordings, resources, or any other content within the HER Library or HER Hub may be downloaded, saved, or stored externally.

  • No intellectual property, program content, videos, workbooks, resources, or materials from the HER Membership may be duplicated, reproduced, shared, or distributed to friends, family, or any third party.

  • No content from the HER Membership may be on-sold, repackaged, or offered at any price point to members of the public or to any other individual.

Login & Access Integrity:

Gayle has worked incredibly hard to produce all of the content in this program and asks for the same loyalty in return. Your membership login is personal to you and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. Sharing your login credentials is considered theft of intellectual property and a direct breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Consequences of Breach:

Any Member found to be sharing login credentials, content, videos, workbooks, or any other program materials outside of the membership — whether with individuals or publicly — will be immediately and permanently removed from the HER Membership. Removal for breach of this section does not negate the Member’s financial obligations, and the full remaining payment schedule will still be payable in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Legal action may also be pursued to recover damages for intellectual property theft or breach of these Terms.

7. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The Member agrees to:

  • Attend scheduled mentoring calls

  • Take responsibility for their own progress and results

  • Actively engage in the mentoring process and implement agreed-upon tasks

  • Uphold the values and standards of the HER community at all times

  • Protect the confidentiality of login credentials and program content

A Community of Impact & Inspiration:
The HER Membership is built on the foundation of a community of impact and inspiration. All Members are expected to engage in respectful conversations filled with integrity at all times. The following conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances:

  • Bullying of any other Member

  • Singling out or targeting another Member

  • Excluding or isolating another Member

  • Online trolling or disrespectful behaviour toward any Member or facilitator

Any Member deemed to be engaging in any of the above behaviours will be removed from the HER Membership immediately. Removal for conduct reasons does not negate the Member’s financial obligations, and the full remaining payment schedule will still be payable in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. MEMBER VALUES

The Member commits to embodying and adhering to the following values throughout their membership:

9. PAYMENT

9.1 Payment Obligation: Upon enrolment, the Member agrees to fulfil the financial obligation to the HER Membership as follows: (a) Payment of the full membership fee across 52 weekly payments, regardless of participation; (b) Authorisation for the HER Membership to charge the designated card or account weekly according to the payment schedule; (c) Agreement to settle any outstanding fees, including collection fees and legal expenses incurred by the HER Membership in the pursuit of owed payments.

9.2 Program Fees: The membership fee consists of 52 weekly payments as agreed upon at the time of enrolment. Full fee details are presented at checkout prior to purchase.

9.3 Payment Methods: The HER Membership accepts payment via Stripe. The Member agrees to maintain accurate payment information and authorises the HER Membership to charge the provided payment method on a weekly basis.

9.4 Payment Schedule: Payments are charged weekly across 52 weeks from the commencement date. In the event of a failed payment, the Member must rectify the outstanding amount within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access to program materials without refund.

9.5 Missed Payments & Debt Collection: Any missed or outstanding payments will be referred to the HER Membership’s debt collection agency, Complete Credit Management, for recovery. The Member acknowledges that referral to debt collection will incur: (a) Debt collection agency fees charged by Complete Credit Management; (b) Additional legal fees as applicable; (c) Additional administration fees; (d) Interest charged at a rate of 10–12% per annum on any outstanding balance from the date the payment was due.

9.6 Refusal of Services: The Member acknowledges that failure to fulfil payment obligations may result in suspension of or refusal of access to mentoring services. The HER Membership reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access in such instances.

9.7 Legal Action: The Member understands that failure to settle any outstanding balance may result in legal action. Once enrolled, the Member agrees that the full 52-week payment schedule is legally due, irrespective of circumstances or reasoning.

9.8 Payment Alteration: The Member agrees that once enrolled, they cannot alter or revoke payment obligations during the 12-month minimum commitment period, regardless of circumstance.

9.9 Payment Plan Modification: Should the Member fail to adhere to the weekly payment schedule, the HER Membership reserves the right to modify the payment arrangement as deemed necessary.

9.10 Payment Default Consequences: The HER Membership may suspend mentoring services if payment is not made as required. In such cases, the Member remains liable for all outstanding fees across the full 52-week schedule.

9.11 Payment Non-Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms related to payment does not waive the HER Membership’s right to enforce such provision in the future.

10. REFUNDS

No refunds are permitted except as required by applicable consumer laws. Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation, the HER Membership will honour that obligation. Outside of those statutory rights, no refunds will be issued due to the digital and compounding-knowledge nature of the program.

11. MENTOR DISCLAIMER

The following important limitations apply to all services provided under these Terms & Conditions:

  • Mentor Only — Reflection Based: Gayle Wilson operates solely as a mentor providing reflective guidance and support. All mentoring is reflection-based and does not constitute professional advice.

  • Not a Psychologist: Gayle Wilson is not a registered psychologist. Nothing within this program constitutes psychological treatment, therapy, or mental health services. Members experiencing mental health concerns are encouraged to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

  • Not a Financial Advisor: This is not a financial mentoring program. Nothing discussed within this program constitutes financial advice. Members are encouraged to seek guidance from a qualified financial advisor for any financial decisions.

  • Not a Medical Doctor: Gayle Wilson is not a medical doctor and cannot prescribe medications, diagnose medical conditions, or provide medical treatment of any kind. Members should consult a qualified medical professional for any health concerns.

  • No Guaranteed Business Outcomes: Gayle Wilson cannot and does not definitively define, guarantee, or promise any specific business outcome for any Member. Results will vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and many factors outside of the HER Membership’s control.

12. NO GUARANTEES

The HER Membership does not guarantee any specific results from participating in the program. The Member acknowledges that results are dependent on various factors including the Member’s own effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.

13. TERMINATION

The HER Membership reserves the right to terminate a Member’s access under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: non-payment, breach of intellectual property terms, sharing of login credentials, conduct detrimental to the community environment, or breach of Member values. Early termination by the Member is not available during the 12-month minimum commitment period, and all payment obligations remain in full regardless of the reason for termination.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, natural disaster, or technical failure), the HER Membership shall make reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligations under these Terms & Conditions, including rescheduling sessions where possible.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the HER Membership and the Member, superseding any prior agreements, discussions, or representations.

16. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

All program content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property — including the Soul Care Healing Method, Micro Edits, Gayle’s Meditations, all HER Library content, videos, workbooks, and resources — remain the exclusive property of Gayle Wilson and the HER Membership. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved.
